From Reykjavik along the west of Iceland towards the village Borgarnes, after a short stop there we continue out on to the mysterious Snaefellsnes peninsula, sticking out of Iceland's west site. Observing seals, walking along the bird cliffs at Arnarstapi, and going to the black beach at Djupalon At the tip of the peninsula is a mysterious glacier, topping a volcano, "Snaefellsjokull." We will drive up to the glacier, where one can ride upon it on a ski-do. From here, our route lies along the north site of the peninsula, towards the small town of Stykkisholmur Where there is offered a very interesting cruse,(2.5hours) to and around few of many of Breidafjordur's islands. After the boat trip we will continue towards the replica of Eirik the Red farm, in Haukadalur. Eirik the Red was the father of Leif Eirikson, the Icelandic Viking that discovered America in the year 1000. From Eirik's farm we will return back to Reykjavik.
